Advanced Age Group 1 (AAG1)
The Advanced Age Group 1 (AAG1) is designed for athletes who have a strong desire to be competitive swimmers. Athletes in this group are at least 11 years-old. Swimmers will continue to develop swim strokes and competitive swim techniques. Swimmers will participate in competitive land and water training. Coach Sergiy will select athletes for the AAG1, and competing in swim meets is required as determined by Coach Sergiy.
Monday/Wednesday @ Washington Park 4:30-6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday @ Georgia Tech 6:00-7:00 am
Tuesday/ Thursday @Washington Park 4:30-6:30 pm
Friday @ Washington Park 4:30-5:45 pm
Saturday @ Washington Park 10:00 am-12:30 pm
Recommended Number of Practices: 6
COST:
- USAC Annual Registration: $160
- USA Swimming Annual Registration Fee: $80 (Paid to USA Swimming after 9/1/24)
- Monthly Fee: $225
- Meet Fees: vary depending on the meet
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: kickboard, flippers, pull buoy, paddles, snorkel
