GHMS Practice Schedule 2025-2026:

MS Dive:

Monday (10/27, 11/3. 11/10, and 11/17):

  • 6:30- 7:30 pm
  • No practice on 11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 due to HS Swim & Dive Meets

Tuesday:

  • 7:00- 8:30 pm

Thursday:

  • 6:30- 7:30 pm

 

Dive ​Winter break training:

  • Sunday- TBD
  • Monday- 6:30- 7:30 pm
  • Tuesday- 7:00- 8:30 pm

 

 

MS Swim:

Week 1:

  • Sunday 10/26 (4:00- 5:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Monday 10/27 NO PRACTICE due to pool programming
  • Wednesday 10/29 (6:45 pm- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch

 

Week 2:

  • Sunday 11/2 (4:00- 5:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Monday 11/3 (5:00- 6:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Wednesday 11/5 (6:45- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch
    • 8th Grade Washington DC trip 11/5-7; please notify Coach Brian if absent

 

Week 3:         

  • Sunday 11/9 (4:00- 5:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Monday 11/10 (5:00- 6:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Wednesday 11/12 (6:45- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch

 

Week 4:

  • Sunday 11/16 (4:00- 5:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Monday 11/17 (5:00- 6:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Wednesday 11/19 (6:45- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch
    • ​Band Concert; please notify Coach Brian if absent

 

Week 5:

  • Sunday 11/23 (4:00- 5:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Monday 11/24- NO MS PRACTICE DUE TO HS SWIM & DIVE MEET
  • Wednesday 11/26- NO PRACTICE

 

Week 6:

  • Sunday 11/30 (4:00- 5:30 pm) arrive ~5 minutes before start of practice time
  • Monday 12/1 NO MS PRACTICE DUE TO HS MEET
  • Wednesday 12/3 (6:45- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch
    • ​Choral concert; please notify Coach Brian if absent

 

Week 7: 

  • Sunday 12/7 (1:00- 2:30 PM) NEW PRACTICE TIME
  • Monday 12/8- NO MS PRACTICE DUE TO HS MEET
  • Wednesday 12/10 (6:45- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch

 

Week 8:

  • Sunday 12/14 (1:00- 2:30 PM) NEW PRACTICE TIME
  • Monday 12/15- NO MS PRACTICE DUE TO HS MEET
  • Wednesday 12/17 (6:45- 7:45 pm) arrive at 6:30 pm for all team active stretch
