CCAC Update 8/13/2023

Practices for the 23-24 Year Begin Tuesday, August 15th!

We hope everyone had a nice break and a great start to the school year! The DHS pool is open, and it looks fantastic! Parents will be allowed in the bleachers to observe practice. Please stay off the pool deck. Right now, everyone should enter the building through the cardio room. Please do not use the cardio room. Registration will open on September 1st. We will send out more information in the coming week.

Practice Schedule

Bullet and Senior groups will report to the wieght room at 5:30 PM every weekday.

Senior group Tuesday and Friday AM workouts will begin Tuesday, September 12th. Swimmers that need to leave early to get to school on time may do so.

Gold, Bullet and Senior groups will report to the pool on Saturday mornings. 

Team Suit Fitting

Swim, and Tri will be at DHS on September 7th for a team suit fitting. We try to keep a team suit for two years, so it is time for a new style of suit. Remember, team suits are not required, but they look good when everyone wears them at meets.

Fitter and Faster Clinic

The Fitter and Faster Clinic is coming to CCAC! The clinic will be at DHS on Saturday, September 16th, and Sunday, September 17th. This camp is aimed at 10 and older swimmers. If you have a 9 and under who wants to attend, please check with Coach Jason to see if participating will be appropriate. We have yet to determine who our clinicians will be, but they will be  National or International caliber athletes. Currently, we have 16 spots available in each session. Please refer HERE for more information and to register. We will begin marketing the clinic outside CCAC at the end of this week.
