Bronze
The Bronze group is our entry-level group. Swimmers in this group focus on learning and improving technique and having fun as a team. In addition, we will introduce Bronze group swimmers to USA Swimming competition and rules. Swimmers are encourged to attend 2-4 practices per week.

Silver
The Silver group will have an ongoing and increased awareness of stroke technique and competition level and a focus on achieving best times while having fun. In addition, we will begin introducing Silver group swimmers to age group training. Swimmers are encouraged to attend 2-5 practices per week.

Gold
The Gold group is an intermediate-level training group with a focus on competition and ongoing technique work. This group prepares swimmers to qualify for and score at the Georgia 14 and Under State championships. Swimmers are encouraged to attend 3-5 practices a week.

Senior 2
The Senior 2 group is for athletes who enjoy swimming and want to compete at USA Swimming meets, elevate their training, and become more competitive in the sport. This group follows the CCAC competitive team philosophy but allows for different commitment levels and focuses outside of swimming. Our goal is to provide Senior 2 swimmers the tools they need to succeed at the level they desire and their commitment level allows.

Bullet
The Bullet group is our highest level 14 and under training group. The expectations of this group are high. The Bullet group is the stepping stone to the Senior 1 or National group. Swimmers in the Bullet group will focus on competition, commitment, and ongoing technique work. The goals of a Bullet groups swimmer will include scoring and/or winning at the Georgia 14 and Under State Championships, 14 and under Sectional Championships, and the Southern Zone Championships. We expect Bullet swimmers to attend 6 practices a week.

Practices will be shorter than posted when we begn to taper.  A more precise schedule will be sent to swimmers as their taper begins.

Senior 1
The Senior 1 group builds on the skills and commitment consistently demonstrated by swimmers in the age group program. The expectations for Senior 1 swimmers are high. We will require an increase in focus, intensity, and commitment. Individual goals will differ in Senior 1. The group's plans for swimmers will include qualifying scoring at the State level competitions and qualifying for Sectionals. Many swimmers in this group will strive to swim collegiately. We will expect swimmers to take ownership of their swimming, dryland, and performances to help them achieve their goals. Senior 1 swimmers have practice attendance requirements, with 5 or 6 practices a week required, which may differ based on each individual swimmer's age, development, and goals.

Practices will be shorter than posted when we begn to taper.  A more precise schedule will be sent to swimmers as their taper begins.

National
The National group is CCAC's premier training group. Swimmers in this group desire to compete at an elite level.  Their goals include qualifying for, scoring at, and winning at national and international level meets.  Collegiate swimming will be a top priority for National group swimmers.  Based on their academic goals, they will pursue swimming at Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, or NAIA levels. Swimmers in this group understand that attaining their goals requires uncommon commitment, consistency, and hard work. Therefore, we expect National group swimmers to attend and engage in every practice we offer.

Practices will be shorter than posted when we begn to taper.  A more precise schedule will be sent to swimmers as their taper begins.
