Dues Structure - 2025-2026 Season:

ESA/EDA Team Registration: First & second athletes (swimmer and/or diver) - $80.00 each, and $60.00 for each successive athlete beyond two.   

AAU Registration: $14 per Diver.

EDA Monthly Dues:

  • Jr -  $175.00 per month (shorter practices)
  • Sr -  $215.00 per month (longer practices)

There is a $10 discount on monthly dues for a second Diver.  

Family Maximum Dues Schedule:

The family maximum monthly dues will be $475 per family (for three swimmers/divers) and $525 per family (for four swimmers/divers) for monthly dues. 

 

Monthly Dues Processing Schedule:

Monthly dues are processed on the first day of the month unless this day falls on a Sunday then it will be processed on the second day.  All monthly dues will be processed by ACH or credit card. If the payment fails to process, a $25 late charge will be assessed. 

 

Cancelling/Suspending Accounts:

Members are allowed to temporarily suspend their accounts effective the first of the month, however, upon reentry to the team, must re-activate their account with the team (including payment of ESA/EDA Reinstatement Fee of $75).  To suspend or cancel your account, you must send a completed Intent To Quit form to the Team Treasurer at [email protected] by the 20th of the previous month. The Intent to Quit form can be located on our website under the Forms tab.

Members swimming/diving in the summer will not be allowed to cancel/suspend their accounts for the months of June through August.

 

Club Annual Breaks:

We have two scheduled breaks in our season. One is in March and one in August. During these two breaks each member will be charged for the full month.

 

Meet Fees:
Meet fees consist of fees per event listed on the meet invitation and a one-time fee of $5 per diver for away meets (Houston area).  

A travel fee of $25 per family will be charged for meets requiring travel outside of Houston (ie: Mardi Gras, Greater Southwest, Texas A&M, University of Texas, etc.). 


Off-Campus PE Swimmers:
There will be a $25.00 annual administrative fee for off-campus PE. You will need to submit (hard copy or email) the OCPE Request Form (beginning of the year) & OCPE Grade Report Form (end of each semester) to Coach Pink for completion.

 

Scholarships:
