Please arrive at least 15 minutes before practice starts in order to be ready to get in the water on time.

Tomball Area Swim Club is proud to partner with Surge Strength, a premier dryland conditioning program for swimmers. With SURGE Strength you'll get the dryland solutions you need to generate success in the water, and improve your understanding of how dryland works, whether you're a dryland enthusiast or starting at zero.
Better Athletes = Faster Swimmers
Dry-land practices are built into practice time 3 to 4 days per week depending on practice group. All swimmers in competitive practices will participate in some form of dryland training appropriate for their age and ability level.
All swimmers should come prepared with a towel, athletic shoes, water bottle and appropriate work-out attire EVERYDAY!
