What to Expect at a USA Swim Meet

Attending a swim meet can be very exciting and hectic.  Understanding everything that happens at a swim meet will certainly reduce some anxiety from both the swimmer and the parents.  Swim meets are a great opportunity for the whole family to spend time together as well as with all the other families on the TASC team.  Reading the document linked above will help to ease a lot of anxiety for both the new swimmer and swim parent.
