Kona Aquatics USA Swimming Club - Team Policies
General Policies
- Be in agreement with the information contained in the Kona Aquatics TeamUnify site and the USA Swimming site.
- Understand the responsibilities of parents, swimmers and the Kona Aquatics team.
- You and your child will follow USA Swimming and Kona Aquatics Club rules and directions from the coaches to remain a member of the team.
Medical Policies
- If your child needs emergency care beyond first aid and a parent is not available, they will be taken to the nearest emergency facility. Kona Aquatics reserves the right to take appropriate action for the safety of your child.
- Parents must inform a coach of any pre-existing medical conditions that may impact a child's ability to practice or compete.
Parent Volunteers - Officials and Timers
From time to time the team will need volunteers to help coordinate social events. The team is also required to provide help timing at swim meets and help staff numerous officials positions. Please help the club by volunteering as much as possible. If you're interested in volunteering, please let a coach know.
