How to qualify for the MYAS Regional Meet: A swimmer must achieve the MYAS Regional qualifying time(s) for the appropriate age group. MYAS Regional qualifying times can be achieved at any swim meet this winter season.

Events:

Maximum of 7 individual events allowed for both days and a maximum of 5 individual events in a single day. Athletes may swim only 1 relay per day.

Relays-  COACHES WILL DECIDED ON RELAYS. Swimmers may swim up one age group for relay events only and swimmers can swim only 1 relay per day.

Hotel Reservation for Regional Swim Meets:

All swimmers that attend either Regional swim meet in Minneapolis, MN will travel on their own. We reserved a block of rooms at a hotel so families can try and stay at the same hotel. If you would like to book a room at this hotel, then parents will need to call and make their own reservation by the cut-off date (see below) under our group reservation. This hotel is close to where the meet will be held.  Families do NOT have to reserve a room at this hotel.

  ***cut-off date for reserving rooms in the room block is: March 11th 

 Room Rate: $159 per night (price change due to event going on that weekend and limited amount of rooms available)

Hotel is 1.8 miles (7 minutes) from the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center, where the swim meet will be held.
