BLST has over 175 local athletes competing in Iowa as well as sectional, zone and national qualifier levels that compete throughout the country. Sponsoring our nonprofit swim team provides a fantastic benefit to local businesses. It gives you exposure to a key market segment of the local community, our members, and visiting teams. We currently host 3-4 meets a year bringing many teams who have 100-200 swimmers or more to our area. However, our biggest meet, Summer Sizzler, brings over 500 swimmers and their families to the community. Silver level and above sponsorships help allow us to offer swimming to children within the community who could otherwise not afford to participate on the swim team. It would enable us to provide scholarships for those swimmers who qualify for financial assistance. We very much appreciate any level of support your business or family can provide.
