Within our Age Group Program, we offer 3 competitive levels and 3 hybrid levels for swimmers ages 7-14. Our hybrid levels (White Fun & Fit 1, and Fun & Fit 2) offer the swimmers a chance to continue to improve the skills learned at the Developmental levels but allow the swimmers a chance to train for the competitive track, train for physical fitness in a lower pressure environment. Our competitive levels (Blue, Red, and Black) are designed to build on the basic elements of competitive swimming teaching swimmers goal setting, advanced stroke technique and racing strategies. Swimmers will have requirements to move up within this structure that mix attendance, test sets, and achievement at swim meets.
