Fitter And Faster

Dear SBSC Families! 

Fitter and Faster Swim Camps are back in our area. We have been asked to share info about their upcoming Fitter & Faster Explosive Starts, Turns, Underwaters & More on May 18 & 19 in Bridgman.

The camp is going to be led by former associate head coach of the University of Michigan swimming & diving team Dr. Josh White.

There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers 12 & under and the other for ages 13 & over. The curriculum each day will be: 

May 18:

• Explosive Starts, Underwaters & Breakouts

May 19:

• Faster Flip Turns, Open Turns, Finishes
