A note from our Meet Directors:
Sugar Creek Swim Club would like to welcome all swimmers and their families to Crawfordsville, Indiana and to the Crawfordsville Aquatic Center inside Crawfordsville High School. We are geared up for a great meet and look forward to some fast swims!  Good Luck and Swim Fast!!

We're supporting TEAM USA as they prepare for the Olympic Games
and going full patriotic with our meet theme!

A few notes and reminders:

  • All swimmers and families should park in the South and West parking lots (see map below) and enter the building through doors 28 and 30.  The doors on the back side of the building will NOT be open for entrance.
  • Guests of the Crawfordsville Aquatic Center are prohibited from entering any areas of the building other than the Aquatic Center and the main hallway. Anyone found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave the premises. 
  • Fine Designs will be on site providing all of your meet apparel. You may pre-order below and have the item shipped to your home. Pre-orders cannot be picked up on site. 
  • Elsmore Swim Shop will be onsite all weekend!
  • Our concession stand is chock-full of yummy food and ready to serve!

SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Heat Sheets

Admissions
▪ Weekend Pass - $15
▪ Individual Session - $6
▪ Day Pass - $6 (includes Prelims, 10 & U and Finals)
▪ Ages 10 & Under Free
▪ Coaches and Officials who are not working as coaches or
officials must pay admission for access to seating area.

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We have a few volunteer opportunities available! Are you interested in being a part of the action this weekend rather than sitting in the stands or at home watching virtually? SCSC would love your help in filling out the last of our volunteer slots for the weekend! We will make sure you get to watch your swimmer compete. If you are able to cover any of the following slots, 

 

AWARDS INFORMATION
Awards will be presented on the podiums for the top 8 swimmers in each event following the awards schedule. Swimmers/Relays who achieve State cuts will recieve a stuffed beanie animal for their achievement! Podiums will be located near the south end of the pool and spectators will be allowed access for photos during each presentation. Ribbons for places 9-16 will be placed in envelopes for each team.  Coaches will collect these envelopes at the end of the meet.
