DCST Swimmer Theresa Alef Signs with Maryville University DCST swimmer, Theresa Alef, has made her college commitment by signing with Maryville University. The Saints are a division II school who compete in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The 2013 – 2014 is the inaugural year of their program. DCST Dunks the Dolphins DCST began its 2013 – 2014 winter season on a winning note by downing the Illinois Valley Dolphins by a score of 510.5 to 246.5. As a team, DCST swam okay for the first meet of the season with 186 career best times out of a total of 344 swims for a 54% improvement rate. DCST Places 3rd at Fox Valley Meet The Kishwaukee YMCA / DeKalb County Swim Team (DCST) finished third at the Fox Valley Meet on October 5 - 6. The finish was not too bad considering the team only entered swimmers in 20 of the 102 events offered. Each year, USA Swimming recognizes its member athletes who excel both in the classroom and in the pool.
