Swimsuits, Apparel & Equipment
Join us for Swimsuit day at the pool!! CAS will be at the Courtside pool to assist with trying on swimsuits, goggles, fins, etc. Date will be forthcoming. If you can't make it, swimsuits can be ordered online at CAS. It is highly recommended you try on the suits. The staff at CAS is very helpful and knowledgeable. For suits to be ready by the first meet (June 14th) please order by May 29th.
Apparel with the team logo (tank tops, T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) must be ordered online. Equipment (goggles, kickboard, fins, etc.) purchased in store qualify for a 20% discount for ISL teams.

REQUIRED APPAREL & EQUIPMENT
- CS team suit
- CS team cap (2 personalized caps provided through registration)
- Goggles
- Swim fins
- Kickboard
PRACTICE: Children should wear a one-piece for girls; jammer or speedo for boys. Swim shirts may be worn to protect swimmers from the sun. Bring goggles, swim fins and kickboard to every practice. A swim bag is highly recommended to carry items. Label ALL items with a sharpie. Wear running shoes to practice to participate in dry land warm-ups.
MEETS: Swimmers are expected to wear an official team swimsuit (one-piece for girls; jammer or speedo for boys), an official team cap and goggles.
