Northwood Courtside Pool Rules

1. Everyone using the facilities MUST do so in a manner which does not endanger the health, safety or enjoyment of all.
2. Children under the age of 14 MUST be supervised by an adult 18 years of age or older.
3. NO DIVING ALLOWED.* (*except under the direct supervision of a swim coach). NO running or "horseplay" on the pool deck. NO skateboards, roller skates/blades, bicycles or tricycles inside the fenced area.
4. NO tennis balls or any heavy balls permitted. Discretion should be taken when using rafts or inflatable toys.
5. Headsets MUST be used with radios, tape players, etc.
6. All swimmers MUST wear a bathing suit. NO ragged-edged garments allowed. Infants MUST wear waterproof rubber pants with diapers at all times when in the water.
7. NO alcohol or glass containers permitted. Eating in the pool area is allowed, but not in the spa or pools.
8. NO pets permitted in the pool area.
9. All guests MUST be accompanied by a resident/member.
10. Gates are to remain LOCKED at all times.

These rules apply equally to residents and non-residents of the Northwood Courtside Homeowner's Association.
