Age & Residency Verification: For new swimmers only

If you took a break or swam with another team, you'll also need to go through age and residency verification again

For verification, you will need to provide 3 separate verification documents: one (1) document that verifes age, and two (2) documents that verify residency. Please email a copy of the documents below to the team registration coordinator at [email protected]. Swimmers must reside in Northpark.

If parent is a renter and does not pay utilities because it is included in the rent, we will need a letter from the lessor and/or a copy of the rental agreement stating that utilities are included.

OR

If your swimmer's school uses the Aeries Portal, we can accept a screen shot from this as both proof of age AND residency.

Login to your Aeries account, click on the "Demographics" tab, scroll down to "contacts". Take a screen shot of the contacts page showing swimmer's name, current school year, school name, DOB and parent information, including home address. Please email a copy to the team registration coordinator at [email protected].
