Lawrence Swim Team is a year around competitive swim program. If you are interested in competitive swimming, contact Head Coach Matt Moen at [email protected] . Competitive swimming is divided into two seasons, Short Course Season from September to March and Long Course Season from April to August. Swimmers can join at any time during the year. LST is divided up into several training groups:
4th grade and younger: Foundation
5th and 6th grade: Cornerstone
7th and 8th grade: Keystone
High school and above: Spire
