  1. Limit unnecessary stress. Manage your time. Get done what you need to get done.
  2. Get to bed. This is your body's time to recover. Let it.
  3. Maintain a steady diet. Now isn't the time to change things up or try exotic new foods.
  4. Remember the reasons you should feel confident! You're at the meet for a reason. You belong there. Remember that one set you crushed 1-2 months ago? It's one of the reasons you're here.

Take care of these four things, and you're on your way to a successful championship season!
