Swim Families, happy new year!!!! Some news and updates from parent board & PAWW coaches below. 2025 is going to be a great year!!!

Swim lessons, Pre-team and Triathlon swim training:

• 2025 lessons and pre-team registration is underway! Get signed up! Tell your friends! Our staff is made up of 100% competitive swimmers!
• Sundays 6:30-8:00 am adult swim training class is open! Go to classes, “Tri club swim” to register. This is focused on swim technique and fitness. Class is sponsored by T3 Triathlon Club and Peoria Triathlon club
• NO SWIM LESSON DATES Jan:  Jan 11+12 for all day club swim meet (Tri club swim is still on those days)
• NO SWIM LESSON DATES Feb: Feb 22+23 for IL Swimming regionals championship hosted by PAWW.
• Peoria Area Water Wizards - Class Registration lessons & tri club swim registration!
• Any PAWW swimmers 14 and over interested in becoming an instructor? We will be adding more instructors building up to summer lessons (plan is to expand lesson program this summer!)

Swim team updates

• Last chance meet “We’ll Swim our Hearts out” is open for registration! Meet packet is also attached to meet. Events are mixed open style, all events are ran for this meet.
• Please consider volunteering at Swim our hearts out and/or Regionals.
• Champ meets are live EXCEPT Regionals. The initial meet file had errors so we temporarily shut off sign up. IL Swimming will be publishing the new meet file within the next 1-2 weeks. Will send out event as soon as it ready.
• ALL State Championship meets are open for sign up.
