Scout Aquatics Announces New Swim Director

Scout Aquatics Families,

 

As announced this morning by Dr. Lenart, we are very excited to welcome Coach Rob Stafford as the new Scout Aquatics Director. His experience, excitement and knowledge for the sport are the perfect fit for our program and swimmers. 

 

Laura Rolph and Maya Haubrich will be joining Rob this season to continue as Assistant Coaches. Their familiarity with the swimmers and team will be extremely helpful as we start this new chapter. 

 

Practice will begin on Monday, April 7th. The schedule for Monday has been updated slightly. If you have a swim cap with your swimmer’s name please have them wear it to practice as we start the new season.

  • Junior Scouts (JS): 5:45-6:30p

  • Junior Scouts Plus (JSP): 6:30-8:15p

  • Senior Scouts (SS): 6:30-8:15p

 

Please complete your registration as soon as possible. You can email the registration packet or bring it along to your first practice. SABA members also will be at the pool on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to answer questions and help with registration. Details on registration is below. 

Registration is a 3-step process:

  • First, all swimmers need to be registered through the LFHS PAGE for your group with your code. Click on the Scout Aquatics Swim Club on the left, then pick the group you are in. Please register for the group your child was a part of in the fall/winter. The head coach will make changes at the start of the season if necessary. After you log in, you will be prompted to enter a password. The password is the group for which you are registering.  For example, the password/code for Little Scouts is LTS.

 

 

Little Scouts (LTS) $420 from April 8 - July 18

Little Scouts Jump Start (LTSJ) $224 from April 8 - May 31

 

Junior Scouts (JS) $600 from April 7 - July 18

Junior Scout Jump Start (JSJ) $320 from April 7 - May 31

 

Junior Scout Plus (JSP) $780 from April 7 - July 18

 

Senior Scout (SS) $900 from April 7 - July 18

Senior Scout Late Start (SSL) $660 from May 5 - July 18 

  • Second, the Registration packet (attached) will need to be completed for each swimmer and turned into the head coach on the first day of practice (you can scan and email it to [email protected]).

The registration packet is necessary to build/update your account with our website www.swimsct.org

  • Third, USA Swimming Registration. You do NOT need to do this if you registered for this year (between Sept 1, 2024 until now). NEW swimmers must do this before their first practice. You can check and/or register using this link:  https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/2663CE166C1643
