Scout Aquatics – Short Course Season Registration

We are excited to welcome you to the 2025–2026 Scout Aquatics Short Course Season.


Season Dates: September 2 – March (Championship qualifiers continue through late March)
 

New & Prospective Swimmers

  • All new swimmers must complete a tryout before registering.
     
  • Please review the Tryout Tab  for requirements.
     
  • Complete the form and we will contact you with available times.
     
  • Registration for new swimmers opens on August 17.

Returning Swimmers:  

1) Register through the LFHS Web Store

2) Register through the Scout Aquatics Team Website Scout Aquatics Website   

3) Have a current USA Swimming Membership  (not expired)

To start practice on the first day, swimmers must:

  • Be registered through the LFHS Web Store.
     
  • Be registered on the team website. All emergency contacts, information, and codes of conduct must be completed and/or reviewed.
     
  • Have a current USA Swimming membership (not expired).

Coaches will check these requirements on the first day of practice. Incomplete registration will delay participation.

SABA Activity Fee

$50 per swimmer

About the SABA Activity Fee:
The Scout Aquatics Booster Association (SABA) supports the team through the activity fee and hosted meets. Funds are used for team-building events, summer outdoor swimming, apparel, equipment, and timing systems. SABA’s goal is to foster a positive environment that helps swimmers reach their full potential.

 

Parent Volunteer Commitment

In order to plan for successful swim meets, we need your help. As you are signing your registration packet and agreements for the upcoming season, you are committing to volunteer during the home meets for Scout Aquatics. There are a number of ways to volunteer, but most importantly, we need volunteers for the home meet that we are hosting during the 2025-2026 season. Please note the following for your calendars

Hosted Meet:

  • Spooktacular Meet – October 25–26, 2025 (Home Meet)
     

Other Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Team Time Trials – Dates TBD
     
  • Mile Mania – Date TBD
     
  • Away Meets – Timers as needed (requested by host teams)
