Kansas Diving team practices in Lawrence, KS. We are proud to be the only diving team in Kansas City area Junior Olympics program, AAU level lessons program and 5 meter platform training.  Our comprehensive Levels-based training system is based off the best practices Nationally and Internationally to insure that all divers learn and experience the sport of diving in a safe, structured, enjoyable environment.  Training includes belts, trampolines, and a variation of mats to springboards and conditioning exercises. We create a safe and fun environment to help every athlete whether new or experienced learn any dive or skill with all the appropriate tools. Our coaches are always excited to see athletes reach new heights and are patient and prepared to help every diver reach the next step in their athletic career.
