Our comprehensive Levels-based training system is based off the best practices Nationally and Internationally to insure that all divers learn and experience the sport of diving in a safe, structured, enjoyable environment.
Kansas Diving is committed to training in a holistic manner, valuing academics, socialization, enjoyment, safety, competition, and physical conditioning as integral parts of the total youth sports experience. Rec Groups (ages 5-18)
Rec groups will provide the same level of technical training in the same positive, fun environment at a more flexible schedule. The Rec
program is ideal for High School students and Summer League divers looking to improve their 1M list before the next competition season.

Rec Group practices are available Monday - Thursday 5-7:30pm at Robinson Hall in Lawrence.
The cost breakdown for the Rec Group practices is available on the registration page. All prices are for a 6 week session. To register, please go to " Registration" tab on our webiste.
Rec Group divers may choose any day(s) to attend during the week, but must stick to the same schedule throught the session. At the time of the registration parents/divers must notify administrator what day(s) he/she will be attending during the session. It is possible to attend a make up practice during a different week if an administrator or a coach are notified at least 1 week before the absence.
Rec Group divers are allowed to participate in the Kansas Diving Invitationals.
Kansas Diving Team
Kansas Diving Team is reserved for divers displaying the highest work ethic, technical proficiency, and committment to the sport. Kansas Diving Team is an Elite training program where divers further their progress and compete at the National level. Exemplary attendance and academic and competitive success are requirements for participation.
Kansas Diving workouts are held exclusively at Robinson Natatorium and are trained under the supervision of University of Kansas Diving Coach Allen Feng. All competitive team divers must attend at least 3 practices per week.
