ON DECK App

ON DECK APP:

This is a free app that ties to your Team Unify Account.  You can download it and receive notifications through the APP in addition to or instead of Text Messages.  You just need to make sure that you have notifications turned on in the settings.  The same items that go out by text will be received in the On Deck APP.

In addition to News you can find any scheduled events as well.  It really is a handy tool.

TEXT MESSAGES:

To get text alerts please make sure you are set up to receive them in your Team Unify account.  (While you are there, please update t-shirt sizes and double check your contact information).

To sign up for texts you will need to follow these steps:

1.      Log into Team Unify

2.      Go under “My Account.” Found on the left of your dashboard.  

3.      Here you will see an option for SMS, enter your cell phone, just enter it there and click save the bottom.

4.      You will receive a text message asking you to verify.   If you do not verify it, you will not receive messages.  

5.      If the verify link shows as an error, make sure the link is not split between 2 separate messages.   This happens from time to time, depending on the phone.

What things are going to be sent through text and the On Deck App? 

Important reminders for events and activities.  You will also begin to receive warm up times and any last-minute changes to meets, events or activities.
