To swim fast, you have to swim smart; be cognizant not only of what you are doing but why you are doing it; be committed to not only breaking bad habits but building good ones. We believe in a technique-driven swimming program, valuing the correlation between swimming correctly and swimming fast. We aim to train our swimmers mentally as much as we train them physically to produce positive, long-term results. With that work, though, comes an equal amount of FUN and community. This program is offered year-round in a seasonal format for the spring, summer, fall, and winter.
TEAM SWIMSUITS Select the navy suit option when ordering. We recommend team suits be saved for competition purposes only; however, we will not police team suits being worn during practice. It is the responsibility of each swimmer to be certain their team suit is competition appropriate when attending a meet and to purchase a new suit if necessary.
