DHD S#2 MakeUp:  Sat. 2/24/24 INFO: 

New blank Entry File with only events in S#2 was emailed to Coaches. 4 IE max. Please return to me by Thur. 10am. (We can reach MA Office before Fri EOB if a question arises.)

Arrival at 1pm, no earlier please, to allow earlier programs to exit the building.

Warm-Up begins 1:15pm Officials & Timers - arrive with your swimmer at 1pm, in case it's a shorter warm-up than usual, we'll have completed Meetings (timer & officials).

Competition can begin as early as 1:45pm, if only one warmup group needed.

We'll call this meet Pre-Seeded. If all fit safely in one warmup group, there won't be enough time to enter SCR's, reseed, print, etc... I'll confirm with Ref. once I import your entry files.

Athlete demographics are still in my meet file, so no RECON needed. BUT I will look if anyone turned 18yr this week, they'll need APT.

If you add a swimmer who was not originally in the meet, send me your USA-S Roster (and Requirements Rpt. if 18yr) so I can RECON them.

Competition age is still based on 1st day of meet=2/16/24. If a swimmer turned 13yr this week, they cannot enter.

The IEs from your original S#2 entries will be deleted. The makeup S#2 IEs will be added to the other sessions from the weekend, I'll provide you an updated invoice. If you already mailed a check, they have not been cashed yet. We'll touch base with you on how you want to handle the change in fees, if any.

Those not attending Sat. I will email you later this week with an updated Invoice, minus your original S#2 entries. Did I miss anything ? that's it from me for now. Thank you Lisa S & BLUE

IMPORTANT: 2pm 2-16-24:  Sat. S#2 13&O has been cancelled.  We will provide more information in the coming days if we will be able to staff enough key meet personnel to make up S#2 on Sat. 2/24th. We'd begin warmup at 1pm.  Stay tuned.  
IF you cannot attend 2/24, you will be refunded your entry fees for 2/17th's S#2.

Sat. S#3 9-12yr Duck Hunt'n ARRIVAL:  The middle school does not want us to arrive until 12noon.  DO not park your car in the pool parking lot unless it's plowed, and do not approach Doors K unless the sidewalks are shoveled & salted.

Since we cannot even get our volunteers in the building early,  I will be standing in the lobby, and prioritizing who goes into the pool deck FIRST. Our goal is to start warmup as close to 12n (our original schedule as possible).  So please if you are  in a lower priority group below, stay in your car until the crowd dissipates from the door. 

I will admit FIRST, in THIS ORDER:  Adults: Stop at Deck Access Table for your lanyard or wristband.  Swimmers go to deck seating.  1.  BLUE's MDir, Referee, ORD, Marshals, Deck Access volunteer, Lifeguard. 2.  Swimmers in Warm-Up Grp1= WEAR your bathing suits under your clothes and Coaches in W-U Grp 1.     3.  W/U Grp.2 swimmers & Coaches.   4. Starter, S&T Officials, Timers/Head Timers, Announcer, Scorer Table  5. Concession/Hosp (IKR coffee should be 1st). 6 All spectators.

Developmental Duck is generally for 9-12yr olds who have primarily C cuts.  
Duck Hunt'n Derby is genearlly for 9-12yr olds who have primarily A and BB  cuts.

We leave this as a Coach decision. Standards are not built into the Entry File, however we ask that you follow the general guidlines as above.
