BLUE's Swim Lesson Program

BLUE is dedicated to teaching water safety skills and introducing a love for swimming in our lessons program. Our program operates Sept-July renting our local school pool. We believe in offering small class sizes with affordable lesson rates to help make learning to swim accessible to more families in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities. 

Location

We're located at 94 Friedenstahl Ave, Nazareth PA 18064. *We have no affiliation with the Nazareth Area School District. We are a USA Swimming team who rents the facility from the school district to offer our programming to the local communities. 

To locate the pool please park in the parking lot farthest away from 191, facing the football fields. The pool door is the "J" door (singular silver door at the top of the ramp next to the building and the main K doors). Once inside the J door, turn to the left to enter the stands.

Lessons Schedule

School Year Lessons start after Labor Day and run continuously until the end of May on Mon-Thurs evenings and Saturday mornings. Registration opens mid August and is open until the beginning of May. Lessons are offered 1X/week during the school year. 

Summer Lessons start once school lets out until the end of July on Mon-Thurs mornings/early afternoons. Registration opens at the end of April and is open until mid July. Lessons are offered 1X/week or 4X a week in a bundle where the students come everyday in the week for a daily half hour lesson. 

Class Size and Tuition Rates

School age lessons 2:1 ratio, $25/30 min lesson

PreTeam 8:1 ratio, $35/60 min lesson

Open Water Explorer 8:1 ratio, $30/60 min lesson

Adaptive lessons 1:1 ratio, $50/30 min lesson (BLUE covers half the tuition fee for Adaptive lessons)

Private lessons 1:1 ratio, $50/30 min lesson

10% sibling discount for 2+ siblings

Scheduled Closures 25/26

These closures are for the swim lessons program only. The swim team has their own schedule they follow based on their practice and meet schedule. If you have children in both programs, double check with the swim team schedule for their dates off from practice.

These dates will be updated throughout the school year as soon as we know about school closures, swim meet schedules, etc.
