LANDSHARK AQUATIC MASTERS @ THE HIVE

Landshark Aquatic Masters (“LASH”) is a U.S. Masters Team that trains together at the HIVE at the following times:

Mon - Fri           5:30 - 7:00 a.m.

Sunday            7:30 - 9:00 a.m.

Note that all members must be registered with US Masters Swimming (“USMS”)  in addition to registration with LASH at the HIVE.  You can register for USMS through its website HERE, or through Delaware Valley Masters Swimming HERE.

Cost: LASH @ the HIVE

• $10 admin fee billed at registration.  
• $60 per month, billed through your TeamUnify member account on the first of each month.
• Group practices offered seven mornings per week.

Notes:

• You must register via TeamUnify and pay the $10 registration fee to attend practices, even if you are choosing a drop-in only option.
• Membership in USMS is required, although you can be registered with any team or as an “unattached” swimmer.
• Group practices are provided, and can be modified for any level of swimmer.
• The group ranges from former collegiate swimmers to triathletes to newer swimmers - all welcome.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• We attend meets and open water events as a team on occasion when available and desired by members, but meets are not required.
