MEET WORKER POLICY (effective 9/2017)

Meets are a team effort and parent volunteers are needed in working with the coaching staff to run successful swim meets.

Team Administration Fee: $75 per family due by October 1

The Full $75 team administrative fee will be refunded to you on 4/1/21 if your family's total requirement is completed.

Minimum Meet Hour Requirements by Group:
Shark Pups– 1 meet (approximately 3 hours)
Level 1– 2 meets (approximately 6 hours)
Level 2 – 3 meets (approximately 10 hours)
Level 3 - Level 5 – 4 meets (approximately 16 hours)

*Volunteer hours are based on the number of FULL meets volunteered, not hours worked.

FAMILIES WITH MULTIPLE SWIMMERS: The amount of hours/sessions for the "highest" child (by level)

MEET VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:
1) Person completing the work must be at least 14 years of age
2) You must sign up to work the session via the “Job Sign-up” function on our website at least 7 days prior to the first day of the meet.

Failure to work the minimum amount of sessions means you will not receive a refund on your team administrative fee.  Partial refunds will not be given.  If you leave the team prior to the fulfillment of your minimum requirement the entire Administrative fee will be forfeited.

MEETS HOSTED BY OTHER TEAMS:
The above applies to both hosted JCC meets, away Dual meets, as well as USA meets.

MEET VOLUNTEER INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
This award will be distributed as a credit on your account on April 1.
