LEVEL 4 & 5
Athletes entering LEVEL 4/5 must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in LEVEL 4 are directed towards making their Silvers and Junior Olympic Time Standards. DUAL meets and USA meets are a requirement for this level
