About our Swim School

We offer a complete aquatic program designed to fit the individual's needs. Our basic philosophy, "Learn to Swim" is combined with safety and proper technique. Swimming is a life-time skill that all children should learn to reduce the risk of drowning. We make sure your children have fun while educating them in the water. Our program runs all year long with sessions during the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. No lessons during the months of August and December.

Fall, Winter, Spring Sessions: are once a week during a session. We offer lessons Tuesday through Saturday from September through May. See below for our available sessions.

Summer Sessions: Summer lessons are 4 separate sessions. Each session is two weeks, Monday through Thursday for a total of 8 lessons. Summer session begins in June and runs through the end of July. See below for our available sessions.

What kind of lessons do we offer?

Malvern Prep Swim School offers three different options for lessons. Lessons are for swimmers ages 3 years old to adults. We ask that younger swimmers are completely potty trained before starting lessons.

1. 30 Minute Group: Malvern Preps Group lesson teaches the natural progression of swimming, water safety, as well as overcoming fear. Beginner to advanced levels are available. Our group lessons maximum ratio is 4 swimmers to 1 instructor. Children are placed in groups with other children of the same age and skill level.

2. 15 Minute Private Lesson: 15 minutes of one on one instruction. 15 minute private are great for toddlers who have little to no water experience.

3. 30 Minute Private Lesson: 30 minutes of one on one instruction. We have limited space for private lessons.

Malvern Swimming Cancellation Policy

No refunds or make-ups for missed classes.

Credits are given when lessons are canceled on our end. This credit can be used towards a future session.

Registration fee is non-refundable. If you sign up for lessons or clinic without confirmation from sue or nikki, then you will be charged 10% refund fee.

Weather Cancelation: Refer to the website and voicemail for closing info. If Malvern Prep is running a virtual day, then all lessons will be canceled that day.

If you cancel after confirming with Sue, then you will be responsible for a $50 fee per swimmer. Cancellations made within one week of the start date will not be refunded. No exceptions.
