SUMMER SESSIONS ARE 2 WEEKS: MONDAY - THURSDAY, 8 LESSONS TOTAL

Session 1: 6/3 - 6/12 (no class Mon 6/2)

*We offer the following lessons/rate for the 2 week (8 lessons or 7 lessons) sessions. There are credit card processing fees at registration.

Registration Instructions

1. Please read through the summer schedule/instructions prior to calling sue. Call sue and leave a voicemail. Wait for a call back. Register online after confirmation is received.

2. Do NOT call PRIOR to Registration opening dates.

3. Review our cancellation policy!

4. Follow us on Facebook @malvernswimming for last minute notifications and updates.

5. Emergency snow closings will be posted on the home page website. If snow is predicted, then check the website! If MP is running on a 2 hour delay schedule= ALL AM SWIM LESSONS CANCELED. 

  • To register for Swim School, please call 484-595-1146 and leave a message including: your name, phone number, child name(s), age(s), a brief description of past swimming experience, which day you would like the lessons on and if you prefer morning or afternoon. Your call will be returned within one week.
  • Payment must be completed within 48 hours of your confirmation from Sue. 
  • There are NO refunds or make-ups for missed classes. If your child is sick or you cannot make the class for whatever reason, we still cannot refund you or make up the class. If a lesson is canceled on our part for inclement weather, then account will be credited. 

    WEATHER CANCELATION: Refer to the website for closing info. If Malvern Prep is running on a 2-hour delay, then AM lessons will be canceled. 

     

    CANCELATION POLICY: Emergency or inclement weather closings will be listed on the MSA website. If a lesson is canceled on our part, then accounts will receive corresponding credits or coupon codes. No make-ups or refunds for missed classes. If you cancel after your payment, then you will only be refunded 50% of your payment. Processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made within one week of class will NOT be refunded.

     

    If you do not have a link from previous sessions, email Nikki after confirmation. Online payment must be completed within 48 hours after confirmation from SUE. We will no longer accept checks unless they are dropped off by appointment after confirmation. There will be a swimmer registration fee/session.

  • NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTES CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE.
  • REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
