Parkland Swim Club Announces Hiring of Head Developmental Coach Geoff Scheuer
Allentown, PA — September 2025
Parkland Swim Club (PSC) has announced the addition of Coach Geoff Scheuer as its new
Head Developmental Coach. Scheuer, who will work directly under Program Director &
Head Coach Jeff Faikish, brings more than two decades of experience at the club, high
school, and international levels.
Scheuer previously coached at Upper Dublin Aquatic Club and Upper Dublin High School,
where he helped guide athletes to national and international success. His career highlights
include:
Producing 25 Junior National qualifiers and multiple Junior National champions
Coaching 6 Olympic Trials qualifiers (2016 & 2020)
Leading teams to 4 Middle Atlantic Senior Championships and a 2013 Sectionals title
Developing athletes who captured 15 AAA State Championships and multiple state
records
Serving as an Assistant Coach for Team USA at the 2015 World Junior Championships
Scheuer was also recognized as Middle Atlantic Senior Coach of the Year in 2016 and
remains active in leadership roles within Middle Atlantic Swimming and USA Swimming.
PSC Program Director & Head Coach, Jeff Faikish, expressed excitement about the addition:

every swimmer maximize their potential. As our new Head Developmental Coach, Geoff will
be instrumental in building strong foundations for long-term growth at PSC.”
Scheuer shared his enthusiasm:

coaching staff to support PSC swimmers of all ages.”
