Seahawk Aquatics is Southern Maryland’s premier swim education and training program. Based out of St. Mary’s College of Maryland in St. Mary’s City, Maryland, Seahawk Aquatics offers a comprehensive learn-to-swim lessons program for new swimmers, developmental groups for novice swimmers, year-round swim team for competitive athletes, and lifeguard certification courses.

The week of August 25th-30th will be a free trial week for the swim team.
Seahawk Aquatics offers a full swim education to meet the needs of swimmers at any experience level. Our lessons curriculum teaches swimmers safety skills and lover for the water while preparing them with the foundational skills needed to enter the sport.
Seahawk Aquatics offers Development Groups as an introduction to the sport of swimming for athletes who are new to competitive swimming. Development groups teach stroke foundations and mechanics through progressive learning, with long-term athlete development in mind.
Seahawk Aquatics offers progressive levels of competitive training for athletes of all ages and skill levels. With a focus on long-term athlete success, Seahawk Aquatics prioritizes developing foundational mechanics and stroke technique.
