Entire Team Weekly Update 7.31.22

Happy Sunday LBA Families!

We are doing a single "weekly update" for the entire team this week.  Congratulations to our swimmers who competed at Futures in Ohio and JR Champs in Virginia.  To quote Coach Gordon, it was a "best time festival!"  We also showed an enormous amount of team spirit.  We are excited to head into States with this momentum and to have one final fantastic long course meet with a ton of fast swimming.  Check out our social media pages to see the team in action.

Coach Nickie had his last meet on deck with us in Ohio at Futures.  We wish him the best of luck at Roanoke.

Please keep an eye out for a number of emails in the coming days.  We will be sending emails with information for the start of the 2022-2023 season including start dates for each group and required equipment.

Please read the practice schedule carefully as we are adjusting practice times in order to get ready for States.

Practice schedule for the week:

SR Group- Monday 6:30-8:00am, Tuesday 6:30-7:45am, Wednesday 6:30-7:30am  Keith will be running these practices.  Swimmers should be ready to get in the pool at 6:30, not walking in the door.

AG2- Monday 6:30-7:45pm, Tuesday 5:15-6:15pm

All AG2 swimmers are welcome to these practices.  The group will be having some extra fun on Tuesday to celebrate a season of hard work.

AG1- Tuesday 5:15-6:15pm
