AG2 Weekly Update 9/4/2022

Happy Sunday and Happy Labor Day everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend getting ready for the beginning of the full fall schedule. As a reminder we will have our general membership meeting on Sunday September 11th at 3:00pm, Metro will be there at 2:00 to sell equipment and team apparel. At least one parent of all swimmers are required to attend the General Membership meeting. Swimmers will take a team picture and parents will get a ton of LBA team information for the year.

We had a wonderful first week of practices and I am looking forward to moving forward with the season. A few quick reminders, please remember to bring sneakers to practice as we will be starting drylands this week. Please make sure you have all of your required equipment at practice as well. Please remember to bring a water bottle and fill it before our workouts,  it is very important to stay hydrated throughout practices.
