Through our partnership with Lifeguard U, Life Time Training offers a variety American Red Cross training courses geared toward ensuring people of all ages can be safe in and around the water. It is the goal of Life Time Training to offer these courses to our communities to provide a safer environment for our family and friends to be safe in and around the water.  Upon successful completion of gudelines and standards set forth by the American Red Cross, participants will receive the corresponding American Red Cross Certification
