WL Western practice Saturday will be held as follows:
Gold = 8am-10am
Silver = 8:30am—10am
Bronze = 9am-10am
Racers = 9am-9:45am
Sailfish Racers: Monday-Friday 5:30pm-6:15pm // Saturdays 9am-10am
Bronze: M-F 5:30pm-6:30pm // Saturdays 9am-10am
Silver: M-F 6:30pm-8:00pm // Saturdays 8am-10am
Gold: Monday-Friday 6:15pm-8:15pm // Saturdays 8am-10
Waterford Mott / Kettering high school (Address: 1151 Scott Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48328):
Starting Monday 8/11, workout times change:
Performance group , Dryland 4:30 - 5:00, swimming 5:00 - 7:00.:
Advance/Endurance and Development : swimming 5:30 - 7:00 pm
Explorer ; swimming 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Starting Monday Nov 24, we will be adjusting our workout times to work with the Boys High School and Combined Middle School teams,
Performance group: Dryland will be 5:30 - 6:30 pm, swimming 6:30 -8:30 pm
Advance/Endurance (5 days/wk) and Development (3 days/wk) : Swimming 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Explorer (2 days/wk) : 6:30 - 7:30 pm
There will be exceptions to this schedule, when there home swim meets, usually on Thursday, we will have early workout, before the swim meet, 3:15- 4:45 pm
This schedule will run until the end of January, when the Middle school season ends
