High Tides Fall season starts!!

Just a reminder that the High Tides Short Course season will start tomorrow!!

Dryland sessions are scheduled from 5:30-7:00pm at the McCloed County Fairgrounds Agri building.  Bring tennis shoes, water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one.

At the end of the week, we have pool sessions scheduled at the New Prague Aquatic Center.  On Friday from 6:15 to 8:15pm, on Saturday, from 3:30 to 5:30pm, and on Sunday, from 4:45 to 6:45pm.  I will have specific info for the weekend pool practices during the course of the week.  Please check the online calendar for specific group start and end times.

You must be registered to participate in our dryland and/or pool sessions.  Just head to the website and follow the "Registration is currently open" button to get set up for our fall season.
