team news update

As we start November there are a couple of things I wanted to update you on. We have a number of swimmers that are just starting their season this week, and we are now up to 29 swimmers on the team

New Prague meet.
Those swimmers that had been participating in September/October had a chance to swim in a meet hosted in New Prague. We had 7 swimmers participate in the meet, and it was good to be back in competition mode. High Tides swimmers had 15 out of 21 lifetime best times!

Virus protection protocols
We have an updated version of our COVID-19 practice procedures now posted on our website, and I discussed them at the beginning of practice with the swimmers. The main changes are that we will be entering and exiting using the main building doors, and the locker rooms will be available for minimal use. These changes were needed due to the colder weather we will be experiencing shortly!!

Tigers/Sharks group.
I was able to get a session of our developmental group scheduled for November. Attached is the PRCE ad with dates and times. Let anyone you might know that is interested that signup is open.
