Monday Zoom meetings

High Tides Athletes,

We will be having another st of Zoom meetings on Monday evening to review progress on drylnds, and to update on any progress to return to practices. Here are the links and times for Monday's meetings.

White -Silver, 5:45-6:10pm

Black, 6:30-6:50pm

Gold - Championship, 7:00-7:20pm

Also, remember to record the results of your dryland test sets as you progress through.
