meet reg updates...

Swimmers families,

There are some updates that I would like you to be aware of. 

WEST meet May 21-22 -- signups are closed at this time.

Rochester meet June 11-13 -- Signups are still open for silver swimmers and above.  Will close this sunday the 16th.

Mankato meet June 25-27 -- entries will remain open untill the meet is full.  There were some problems with the event file that was sent out, and it is now updated and the sessions/events are in the correct order.  If you have already signed up, check your days/events for completeness and accuracy.  The entry file is not restricting daily limits, so you should be aware that the daily limit is 3 events and one session per day for each swimmer.  all events and sessions are open, but younger swimmers should try to register for the morning sessions (session 2 and 4) and older swimmers should try to register for the afternoon sessions (Sessions 3 and 5)

One last thing,... I was made aware of this yesterday concerning our Tigers/Sharks swimmers through Community Ed.  I had conversations with them and protocols were verified through the MN CDC and our swimmers were not affected.  This is what was sent out to those participants ---

There was a potential COVID19 exposure within the program on 5-7-2021. No one participating in the program has been identified as a close contact. No quarantine is necessary.

Please continue to monitor your symptoms for the next 14 days.
