Practice Pools

SEMS Swim Club offers practices in 25-yard lane indoor pools throughout South Washington County (Woodbury, Cottage Grove, St. Paul Park). Practice is often scheduled at one or more locations during a season. It is recommended that you take time to familiarize yourself with the location of these pools:

• Cottage Grove Middle School
  • Enter through Activities Door at the south end of the parking lot. Pool and locker rooms are on the left of the hall.
• Oltman Middle School
  • Enter through "Activity Entry" door. Pool deck and locker room doors are through the green doors at the far end of the cafeteria.
• Lake Middle School
  • Enter through "Pool" door. Pool will be on the left. There is not room for spectators at this pool. Please plan for dropping off and picking up your swimmer.
• Community Pool
  • Formly known to SEMS as "Old Oltman" or "Nuevas Fronteras."

For summer Long Course training (50m pool) we use the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center U of M Minneapolis.
