We have had incredible swims across the board over the past couple of months, with many outstanding performances and new team records. We want to take a moment to celebrate our newest team record holder, Freddie Medina-Lashko! Freddie shattered the 50 fly record, which had been held by Julia Brierley since 2011. With an impressive time of 38.81, Freddie delivered an amazing race, demonstrating determination, skill, and speed. Congratulations, Freddie, on this fantastic achievement! We can’t wait to see what’s next. Keep up the great work, team!

Senior Bella Tarbet (Women's Swimming) - Tarbet had hand in five wins over the Generals two meets this weekend to secure the first ODAC weekly honor of the season. On Saturday against Mary Washington, Tarbet picked up her first solo win of the season in the 200 butterfly, clocking in a time of 2:10.40. The next day against Centre, she tallied four total wins.
