Training Schedule

 

Age:12 - 16

 

Requirements:

USA Swimming National Age Group Motivational Times: B and BB cuts

 

Expectations:

Senior swimmer's goals should be to qualify and attend the following Championship Meets: Slivers and Junior Olympics. Swimmers are expected to attend 4-6 practices a week. Additional dryland training is required for Senior swimmers.

 

Training:

Senior training is designed to develop dedicated, competitive swimmers. The focus of this group is to improve swimmers technique, build their endurance base and develop enthusiasm for swimming.
