All meet entries are the parents’ responsibility, and any changes or modifications cannot be made after the meet entry deadline has passed.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

The credit or debit card that you have on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month for any payment plan installment or meet entry fees that are due.  As long as you maintain a valid credit or debit card on file, your payments will never be late.

You will not be able to register for swim meets unless you have a valid credit or debit card on file.

You will receive an email if your credit or debit card is denied when automatic payments on the 1st of the month are processed. You have until the 15th of the month to resolve it. Accounts must be current by the 15th of the month or you will be charged a $5 late fee.

If your account is delinquent/unpaid a 2nd time during the season, a late fee of $25 will be charged. If your account is unpaid a 3rd time during the season, the late fee is $50, for the 4th time the fee is $75 (and so on).

Please maintain a valid credit or debit card on file to avoid paying late fees.

NDAC PARENT WORK REQUIREMENTS

NDAC recognizes that families are incredibly busy and we try to keep mandatory participation requirements for our home meets and fundraising efforts to a minimum.

Please keep in mind that our home meets and fundraisers are what allow us to offer the lowest swimming fees possible. Successful meets and fundraisers benefit everyone. It is important that all NDAC families contribute to these efforts.

We have three home meets a year that require mandatory participation. These are:

  • KEVIN STORRS' MEMORIAL WINTER FESTIVAL
NDAC's own Invitational is held every year in mid-December. Although this meet is a 'home' meet for us, it is actually held at Valley Central High School in Montgomery, NY

Winterfestival is both Saturday and Sunday, 2 sessions each day (4 sessions total). Swimmers normally swim 1 session per day, based on their age. We cannot host a successful meet without ALL NDAC parents doing their part.
Families are required to volunteer for a minimum of 2 sessions during the course of the swim meet. There are many different job types, some of which can be done prior to the actual meet. We do our best to accommodate your family's needs so please reach out if you do not see a job that fits your schedule. Those who do not volunteer will be charged $100 for each session not worked.

  • SPRINT PENTATHLON (October) This meet is held at Bard College and is one session
  • BUTTERBALL (November) This meet is held at Bard College and is one session

In addition to the three home meets, we may have fundraisers throughout the year that can only be successful with everyone's participation.
