Short Course ends: Group 1/2/3/4 March, 2026 (specific dates to be announced) 

Long Course Begins: April 20, 2026

Long Course Ends: Group 1/2: June, 2026; Group 3/4: July, 2026

No Saturday practice on meet days unless otherwise noted by the coaches. 

 

NDAC Swimmers practice with their Practice Groups, arranged by both age and swim level.

All NDAC Practices take place at Bard College - Stevenson Gymnasium Pool

MAP

NDAC has two seasons. Many NDAC swimmers train and compete year-round.

SHORT COURSE SEASON from September to March.

LONG COURSE SEASON from April to June/July.

(Short Course Meets take place in 25 yard pools. Long Course Meets take place in 50 meter pools.)

 

NDAC swimmers can choose to participate in one or both seasons.
