Below are the requirements for volunteering as a member of Annapolis Swim Club. Requirements are across the season, not by meet. - Does your family have multiple swimmers? Follow the swimmer in the group with the highest group requirement. For example, if you have a swimmer in Senior 3 and AG2, you will be required to volunteer for 4 sessions over the course of the season.
- Families will be notified mid-season of how many sessions they have completed and how many sessions they still need to complete to meet the team requirements.
- Penalty of $100/session missed which will be billed through TeamUnify immediately after the independence meet. Athletes cannot practice after the Independence meet unless fines are paid. Athletes cannot register for next season unless fines are paid.
- Non-ASC Hosted Meet Requirements (Away Meets/Championships): There will be meets during the 2024-24 season where the host team will require ASC to provide timers and or other volunteers. If volunteers from our club are lacking for these meets, the ASC Team Manager will assign jobs to the families of the athletes participating in a given meet.
