  • You can use this to order online or in person from PPP. 
  • The MAC logo may be the 'old' logo on some items on the order form.  It will be correct on your apparel.
  • Directions for online ordering are on the top of the form.
  • You can also visit the store at 2 Wormans Mill Ct. to purchase items.
  • They will have the equipment and apparel lists for your specific group if you forget your list.
